“Great location for a nice weekend getaway!”

“We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. “Loved the area. Came in for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed James Flloyd State Park. The small cabin was peaceful and cozy. ”

We really appreciated the numerous different types of outdoor space, including the enclosed porch, the deck, and the outdoor fire pit and patio. “This tiny home was perfect for my stay. The home and property were very clean and tidy. There was enough space and I never felt like I needed somewhere bigger to stay. The weather was fantastic on the mountain top. ”

“The house was very nice and secluded but close to stores in the town of Menlo. It was spacious, comfortable, and very convenient to family that we were visiting. It had a nice yard and good walking trails. The hosts were very responsive to questions that we had. ”
